Employment of people with reduced work capacity

Hungarian law requires that companies with more than 20 employees employ people with reduced work capacity in at least 5 percent of their staff number. If they do not come up to this requirement they have to pay rehabilitation contribution.

The practical implementation requires careful preparation. That is where our proposed program - elaborated in cooperation with the Hand in Hand Foundation - gives support. 

Our program contains 4 steps, and it aims at reasonably inserting people with reduced work capacity into the working organization. We give professional help in:

  • choosing potential positions,
  • finding and preparing applicants,
  • investigating the person and the receiving environment together,
  • and the external communication of the program.
