The project includes the modernization of the city’s sewerage system as well as the connected sewage plant. Our agency deals with all the investment related public communication issues. We conducted a public opinion poll of 500 people and interviewed local opinion leaders. On the basis of our findings we elaborated the project’s communication strategy and evaluated potential risks. The tasks, described in the strategy, are under way: media training for project managers, press related tasks like monitoring, analysis and press conferences, public information: forums, open days, information brochures, posters, website design and operation.
